Our Key Stage 3 students, Years 7 to 9, follow the National Curriculum of England and the Cambridge Pathway. Our students sit Cambridge Lower Secondary Checkpoint exams in English, Mathematics, and Science at the end of Year 9, and complete the Cambridge ICT Starters “On Track” programme during this Key Stage.
Whilst maintaining the core high standards and expectations in subject teaching, certain aspects of our Humanities and Science curriculum are appropriately adapted to reflect our unique African context, to maintain validity and relevance.
We value diversity and inclusivity and, whilst religious education is not taught formally, recognition of all religions and the celebration of various religious festivals is often part of our assemblies and PSHE lessons.
