One common problem that we have found using Google’s services is that you can be working in your school account when you click a link and get told that you don’t have permission to access the file! This is because, for no good reason, you get moved into, say, your personal Google Account or a sibling’s Google Account, which doesn’t have access to this file.

We recommend that you create a profile for each school account (so if you have four children, that would be four additional profiles) and personal Google account (such as your personal Gmail) used on the computer in order to get the most reliable experience.
